哈尔滨万达文化旅游城酒店群占地14公顷，规划9个度假酒店，其中包括1个六星级酒店、1个五星级酒店、2个四星级酒店和5个主题酒店，共有4500间客房。大型采暖停车楼建筑面积12万平方米，拥有4000个车位。
在项目施工准备阶段，通过BIM模型的创建对项目施工图纸进行初步校核，了解设计意图及基本概况，查找项目重点、难点部位。确定机电系统优化、管线完成标高以及施工关键方案，为编制合理的施工进度与施工方案提供支持。
施工过程中采用BIM模型统计与模拟的方法进行施工进度编排。应用BIM模型4D、5D功能的统计与模拟能力制定了更加科学、更加精细、更加均衡的施工进度计划，改变了以往粗放的、经验估算的施工进度管理模式，解决了施工高峰期所产生的施工管理混乱、临时设施匮乏、垂直运输不力、劳动力资源紧缺等问题，同时也避免了施工低谷期而造成的劳动力及设备设施闲置等资源浪费现象。
